Seared ahi tuna with a ginger sauce.

Seared ahi tuna, love it! What a great meal. Coming in at around 13 bucks a pound and considering you can get about four servings out of that were looking at a little over $2.50 per serving. OF SEARED AHI TUNA MAN! On top of that it’s super quick and easy. Now that 4 oz. size might not fill the gullet of a grown man but it’s more than enough nutritionally. But when it’s less than 200 calories for one portion you could eat two or three and still be under your daily calorie and fat goals.

Slice seared tuna as thin as you can. Make up two plates with some greens and veggies of your choice then lay/fan half the tuna slices on one plate and the other half on the other plate. Serve with sauce drizzled over tuna, in a small dipping dish or both.
