Oven roasted tomatoes.

Seriously, roast some tomatoes now. Start preheating your oven to 325 degrees then lightly spray a tin foil lined baking pan or cookie sheet with oil. Cut stem tops off some tomatoes (I used Roma’s) then cut into fourths. Coat with olive oil, sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper and some fresh chopped garlic. Mix by hand and lay out on tin foil and bake for 2 – 3 hours. Your whole house will soon smell like heaven. You can eat them right out of oven or blend into a tomato paste to use in other foods or as a spread. It’s yumtastic, go now
