Smoothie pops!

Smoothie pops rock! I found these popsicle molds at walfarts for about $2. Now little Z and J can eat a super healthy snack that will also help them stay cool by the pool as these Las Vegas days begin to heat up. All organic and all fresh whole food ingredients. You can’t beat that with a bat.

Smoothie Pops

Makes 8 pops with a little left over to drink while you wait.

Ingredients
popsicle molds
1 c. organic whole milk
1 c. organic whole milk plain yogurt
1 c. organic frozen strawberries
1 c. organic frozen blueberries
1 organic banana (if you just want smoothies (not pops) you should peel, slice and freeze the banana first)
1 T. raw organic honey
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree into a smoothie. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Submerge into warm water for about 20 seconds to loosen from molds before trying to pull out.
