What can I say, its J’s fault. She made me do it, and I thank her! These little boogers hit-the-spot last night. I totally forgot how amazing these are, genius. Several cookies didn’t even make it to the solid state. They were devoured hot and gooey on the spot, with spoons no less. So easy, so quick, you must make these now.
I did have an issue with them not hardening up quickly. Could have been two things, A) using unrefined sugar instead of the white or B) figuring I love peanut butter I added an extra tablespoon of it or C) I used old fashioned oats instead of quick cooking. Either way they did eventually harden up but only after half were already eaten.
After I shewed them away.
Evidence of little hands swiping away a cookie before it was fully ready.
