		<description><![CDATA[Isaura - It took me a couple attempts myself. I used semi sweet chips but the original recipe called for bitter sweet. I&#039;m a bit confused because the recipe doesn&#039;t call for flour. That may be the problem. My first attempt went bad by mixing the egg white mixture and chocolate too much and too roughly. It worked when I folded the two together gently keeping the air/fluff in the mix.]]></description>

- Once you take the melted chocolate and butter off the stove you mix a few seconds more then set aside. I&#039;d say I whipped the egg whites and sugar for a couple/few minutes so the chocolate set at room temp for about 5 minutes. It&#039;s not super hot but it&#039;s still melted. 

- Straight from the freezer to the oven. 

Try it! Just don&#039;t get discouraged. It took me a couple times to get it just right but each time the failures still tasted great and didn&#039;t go to waste. I halved the recipe so I could experiment with a smaller batch.]]></description>
