Julie – You should try and make these for sure, they are easy to prepare as there is no real cooking going on. Mostly chopping veggies. The trickiest part is keeping a nice tight well shaped roll. It took me about 6 – 8 rolls before I got it down.

Limi – You should try if you haven’t before. They are wonderful. You can get them at any Vietnamese restaurant as well.

Although I didn’t eat it, I’m sure it is very delicious .It is simple and delicious. When i have time,i will have a try.
