		<description><![CDATA[Hey Mo! (sorry, had to do it) - Thanks! I was just reading about this this morning, that the wheat is actually a whiter wheat from the beginning (plant) and not bleached. Very cool! Thanks for the info/link and posting it here to for anyone (including myself) that didn&#039;t know the answer to the question. In reading I also came across some general tips for cooking with whole wheat flour like adding extra water, adding some fats like oil, butter or milk to the dough, as well as possibly letting the dough rise twice before using.
