Blueberry parfait.

Blueberry parfait for breakfast using our homemade granola from the other day. Greek yogurt, granola, fresh berries, perfect. Trying to balance out last nights no bakes! I think next time I make the granola I’ll try using unrefined turbinado sugar, the raw kind. I used this in the no bake cookies and it was delish. Not sure yet if this is what made them (the no bake cookies) not harden up as quickly or if it was the extra bit of peanut butter. Experimenting with replacing refined sugar with unrefined and old school white flour with whole wheat flour is in my future.
